Dr Amanda Hugman

Dr Amanda Hugman is a University of Sydney graduate and completed her clinical training in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge UK. She was the recipient of a NSW Cancer Institute Clinical fellowship and the HOTT (Haematology Oncology targeted therapy) fellowship when she undertook research in molecular mutations driving haematological malignancies.

She was appointed as a Clinical Haematologist at St George Hospital in 2010 and is an active investigator within the SGH Clinical Trials Unit with an emphasis on Thrombosis and Haemostasis trials. Her current interest includes the safe prescription and management of NOACs.
